Carlos Borgert

Carlos is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at the American Institute for Economic Research. He is originally from Minnesota and studied economics at George Mason University.

Prior to joining AIER, Carlos worked in the Office of House Majority Whip Tom Emmer. His background includes experience in event management, policy analysis, coalition building, and strategic communications. Carlos is passionate about high-impact problem-solving, whether in public policy, markets, or the advancement of American dynamism. When he’s not forging partnerships and expanding AIER’s influence, you can find him deep in a book, out on the golf course, or enjoying a long conversation over coffee.
