Matt Zwolinski is a political philosopher at the University of San Diego who teaches and writes about issues at the intersection of philosophy, politics, economics and law. He is director of USD’s Center for Ethics, Economics, and Public Policy, co-director of USD’s Institute for Law and Philosophy, a Senior Fellow at the Niskanen Center, and a Research Fellow at Liberalism.org. His substack is Bleeding Heart Libertarian.
