Nicholas Thielman is a Resident Fellow with the R Street Institute’s Technology and Innovation policy team, covering Telecommunications policy, AI Governance, and Cybersecurity. Previously, he was a Research Associate at the Cato Institute and held graduate fellowships with the Mercatus Center.
Nicholas holds a masterโs degree in political science from George Mason University and a bachelorโs degree in economics and international politics from Ashland University. He resides in Arlington, Virginia.
