Dr. Robert Graboyes, a 1981-1982 AIER Summer Fellow and 2007 AIER Visiting Fellow, is a Senior Research Fellow and Health Care Scholar at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University; Clinical Professor (Health Economics), Virginia Commonwealth University and University of Virginia, and author of Fortress and Frontier in American Health Care.
